Password Please!!!!

I purchased Ultra Hal 2 days ago, and downloaded the file. When I run it, it asks for a password, but none was provided to me! I tried going to the re-download page, but then it tells me that my email address isn't in the database! Please, I just want to run the program. Someone help [V]
