I JUST PURCHASED HAL AND CANNOT FIND MY PASSOWRD. I E-MAILED ZABAWARE WITH NO RESPONSE. IF ZABAWARE RECEIVES THIS PLEASE CONATCT ME AT:

I have the same problem.  Zabaware have taken the money from my Visa account,  but not sent the password. No response to any emails on any of their addresses.  I have registered a dispute with Visa and frozen the payment.

Your full of **** I have heard of quite a few people who never got their passwords untill they post it on here.

Passwords are displayed immediately in your web browser on the page that says "Please print this for your records" Its the same page that gives you the download URL.

I just bought the latest version on cdrom. When I finished my purchasing they offered to download a copy right on the spot but I did not take advantage at that time. Now I find that I am getting impatient and would like to download it now. How do I go about it?
I did copy down my order number and password.
