is the e mail address not working right for the contact on zabaware?

i tried putting a letter to robert through the zabbaware contact at " http://www.zabaware.com/contact.asp " and it kept saying :Your email address appears to be incorrect. Please hit your browsers back button and correct your email address and send again.

i did that making sure i had it right and it still said the same , i even tried using my other e mail and got the same response .
has anyone else tried it?
