Ultra hal 5.0 upgrade question.

I have seen that the version 5 of ultra hal av been released.
I have a question.

I have read in this forum that "Upgrades will be free for all people who purchase Ultra Hal Assistant 4.5 from 3/25/03 until the release day of Ultra Hal Assistant 5.0. All other registered users will be able to upgrade at half cost. "

I have purchased my ultra Hal 4.5 after that date.
how can I get a free update?

Emails will be sent out over the next week to all registered users with either the free upgrade if you purchased from 3/25/03 or with a 50% off offer for everyone else.

Has it been sent yet [?] it's been a week.
I keep checking my e-mail everyday...
I have purchased my ultra Hal 4.5 after that date as well.

Yes it has been sent. If you purchased it after the 3/25/2003 you can go to http://www.zabaware.com/assistant/redownload.html and enter the email address you orginally used to order to get it resent.

I entered my email address and got this message:

Error. The email address you have entered was not found in the order database. Please try again or email info@zabaware.com with your order information. If you have not purchased Hal, please download our free version.

Hi Robert,
I still haven't got that link yet and I tried entering my email on the redownlod page but it doesn't work yet either. It is possible that I deleted my email because sometimes the stuff went to bulk mail, but yesterday I fixed the problem under mail options. Sorry for the inconvenince. Could you please send it again?

The cut-off point for free upgrades was set to March 23rd, 2003 the day the upcoming new version was announced. Your order was placed before then. For all other past customers a 50% off price is offered at the page www.zabaware.com/assistant/register.html Simply select the $20 upgrade version from the drop-down list.

I have a problem: I can't access the email that I originally purchased the program with. I'm at a college that does not allow me to check outside email accounts, as strange as that may sound. Is there a way I can have it sent to my other email address instead?[:I]
