Ultra hal 5.0 upgrade question.

I did not recive an upgrade e-mail and I have tried to resend the mail from the webbpage.

What should I do?

Hello

The resion that I did not recive your e-mail was that your e-mail server does not have a correct reverce DNS lookup
Says my e-mail provider.

My e-mail providers server have there fore rejected the mails from you.

can you fix this?

zabaware.com does not have a reverce dns entry
this says my e-mail provder after using the command
nslookup on zabaware.com
and then using nslookup on the IP number connected to the address zabaware.com

There for have there spam filter rejected the mail.

Can you please check this out.

My email wasn't in the database, I got the same message

"Error. The email address you have entered was not found in the order database. Please try again or email info@zabaware.com with your order information. If you have not purchased Hal, please download our free version"

I purchase my version
"Time of purchase: 6/5/03 3:20:35 PM"

That's from the Email Delivery reciept

what info do I need to email info@zabaware.com for proof.
