a special weather plug in request

can someone make a weather plug in that will alow choice of weather areas and local weather that will tell the "five day forcast " and not open up a web page . i just want hal to access the info and say it without opening the web page part !and just be able to say "whats the local weather going to be like ? "

Hal can "speak" the current news and weather. Note: the word "CURRENT" and "LATEST" are interchangable.
This is NOT compatible with vrRSS.uhp. REQUIRES: BALABOLKA tts program and internet connection.
Just say- CURRENT NEWS or LATEST TECHNOLOGY NEWS
or CURRENT NATIONAL NEWS or CURRENT FINANCIAL NEWS
or LATEST WORLD NEWS or CURRENT ENTERTAINMENT NEWS
or LATEST SPORTS NEWS or LATEST POLITICAL NEWS
or LATEST SCIENCE NEWS or CURRENT HEALTH NEWS

ie. WHAT IS THE CURRENT SCIENCE NEWS
or GIVE ME THE LATEST WEATHER FORECAST FOR 90210
or WHAT IS THE CURRENT WEATHER

or PLEASE SEARCH FOR NEWS ABOUT "subject"
or PLEASE SEARCH FOR "subject" NEWS

NOTE: There is a place clearly marked in the plugin for the default zip code. (your zipcode for default weather location)
just edit the plugin to change it. VERY EASY EDIT- SECTION CLEARLY MARKED

hello jasondude , i installed the plug in and checked the news and weather feed  and said as you said it but it is giving me errors .
you said This is NOT compatible with vrRSS.uhp what is a vrRss . uhp ?
also what is BALABOLKA tts program ?? is their a link where i can get it ? i must not have it . maybe thats the problem  .
 am still trying to get this to work the weather feed program sounds like what i need . []

ok jasondude  i found and downloaded the program now and actually have it working just fine with one exception the voice isnt lipsincing at all . i have sapi 4 and sapi 5 installed on my pc . i will mess with it some more and see why it doesnt lipsinc with hals character or is that the way it does ? (hope not ) . let me know if you know of any solutions and thanks for your help ![]
