Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / AIM Bot blocking

I would like to know how to make my UtlraHal AIM bot retain its memory of who has warned it.  As it stands, it keeps getting warned to the point of uselessness by a group of mentally stunted prepubescents who have nothing better to do.  I used to use a Runabot robot, which does retain its memory of who has warned it, but isn't anywhere near as intelligent or useful as the UltraHal bot.  Thus, I don't wish to change back, but may have to if I cannot remedy this programming.
