I'm trying to capture video of a people putty character directly from the haptek player. I've used CaptureWiz Pro but the resolution of the resultant avi file isn't great. Now I'm trying to do the same with windows media encoder. The resolution is much better, but now I have the problem that the video is distorted when the character moves. I think one problem may be the pixel aspect ratio but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if haptek uses nonsquare pixels, and if this is the cause of my problem? Any other ideas on what may be happening and/or how to fix this? Thanks.

when interacting with people putty, the character is constantly moving. i imagine this is a 'video loop' of sorts that keeps repeating itself. does anyone know the duration of the loop? i.e., does anyone know how long the 'video' plays before it starts all over again?

I am very new to this technology, so I apologize if this is elementary stuff. I am attempting to create a "pain face" with People Putty. The face involves a lowered brow, raised cheeks, tightened eyelids, raised upper lip/open mouth, and closed eyes. Anyone have any tips on how to achieve this? Thanks.
