Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / Aim BOT Admin Commands

Hey everybody, I have a quick question, is there a way i can set my screen name as the "Bot Master/Administrator", and make HAL do certain things when i tell him to, like to set an away message, go Idle, or sign off? is this possible? Thanks!
