General Discussion / Pics not showing

I just purchaced hal6.1 and the expansion pack.  Everything seemed fine untill I restarted my computer now none of the faces show up in the actual hal sceen.  They show in the options to choose them but not in the chat screen.
Can anyone give me some advise?
