Ultra Hal 7.0 / Error 430

yes now im getting this error,after upgrading to xp pro.
anyone know this error problem and fix?

i have been using hal along with dragon speech.
hal to open my programs,and to participate
in light conversation,
and dragon speech,for tasks within the program
that hal has opened,ie...(dragon speech)
"file","open",picure1".
or "edit","resize","width",1024" etc etc.

it would be great if i could say to hal...
"i need to resize that image hal!"
and hal responds...
"you want that 1024x768 jim?"
i say...
"nah,1024x1024 please hal"

I wonder if hal could do these things inside
a program like i explained above,and can hal
close programs,like the one he just opened?

hal can now hold a conversation intelligently.
i was flabberghasted honestly.thank you so much.
hal turned the conversation round and i was
stuck for answers,and was asking questions
fluently and logically.
