Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / Time function

Anyone know how to program a little thing for hal so he can know how long you have been away from him?

And a function so he can tell clock, or is it alread one built in?

How can you get hal to open webpages?

When I do "open www.zabaware.com" it remove all dots is there any way to change that?
