Yes, using the CD Key as the password and putting it in all caps did work.

I upgraded to the full UH version from the trial.  When trying to install the full version from disk, I first get a dialague box asking for my password.  I have tried typing the password I use for this function, plus the CD-Key on the disk, but get no response -- the dialogue box just freezes.  I have tried reinstalling the trial version but that did nothing.  Any ideas?

Manfred--

I get the same error message (i.e. Error 13, Type Mismatch).  Has anyone offered a solution?
