I PURCHASED HAL LAST NIGHT. I STARTED TO DOWNLOAD LAST NIGHT, THIS MORNING IT SEEMS THAT THE DOWNLOAD WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT I CANNOT GET HAL TO START. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
