Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / The brain for Ultra Hal Representative?

I was curious if the brain for my representative could be edited like the 5.0 brain can?

Do any of you experienced users have a representative site I might checkout?

What are the basic differences between the Ultra Hal, and Representative brains?
