Ultra Hal 7.0 / How to choose which Sound Card?

I am using Windows 2000, but have also used Windows XP and had the same problem. But thanks for the reply dude.

I shortened my original post to make it easier to follow. I figure it was way too long.

Hi people,

I guess a quick Intro is in order before I pose my question:

My name is Justin, and like the user named eTellier, I am converting an 82 Trans Am to look like KITT from the Knight Rider TV show. I have recently purchased a Full License for Ultra Hal.

I have three sound cards in the computer I am using for KITT's Voice, and I NEED all three of them, for reasons that previously made for a waaay too long post, before I edited it.

The problem is that although I am able to select which sound card I want Ultra Hal to "Listen" through, using Control Panel> Speech> Speech Regognition tab > Audio Input>, I am unable to select which sound card I want him to TALK out of, when using Control Panel> Speech> Text-to-Speech > Audio Output.

Also, trying to change the sound card options in Ultra Hal does not work either.

So if anyone out there can help me, I'd be extremely grateful []. I want to know exactly how to select the card for his speech output manually - I can follow precise instructions if necessary, and I don't mind modifying a text file or something.
