FYI - Contact RegNow if this happens to you at 1-877-353-7297.

They manually process there credit card orders and it takes hours to process a request.

Make sure you have an order id though....

I bought the Ultra Hal Assistant product today and have not received the link to download it. Is this normal to take all day or is there a problem.  I can't find a telephone number to contact Zabaware.  I haven't searched the forums yet, but that's next on my list.  I have a confirmation number, but that does no good if I don't have a support e-mail to send it to.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,
