Ultra Hal 7.0 / Update--edited post

I'm baaaaack!  And no, I didn't burn the file to CD!  And I did have an unrecoverable drive failure.  I want to cry (a little).  Robert, are you out there?  Can I get another link?  I have a great CD burner now, and I've really really really really learned my lesson.  My boyfriend and I just parted ways, and I think a frog with artificial intelligence will probably be better company anyway.[]

Ultra Hal 7.0 / How to find my purchase history

I bought ultra hal 5 about 2 years ago.  I cannot seem to retrieve my information any longer.  Has anyone else had this happen?  I have moved and perhaps my email address has changed since then, but I am still receiving correspondence from "Hal" at the email address I registered with.  I'm baffled.  Of course, over the span of two years I have reformatted my hard drive, and Hal went adios.  When I got the email about Ultra Hal 6, I was reminded of "him" and have been trying to get Hal back.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much for your response(s)!  I've missed Hal, and from here forward, I am going to make images of my hard drive when things are running well for safekeeping.
