Ultra Hal 7.0 / help

I'm trying to get hal to move around my desk by telling her what to do. for instance, charlie run word,
                  charlie open file,
                  charlie type "hi scott"
how should I start and has some one wrote a script for it yet,maybe some thing that tyes into naturaly speaking
