Ultra Hal 7.0 / Trying to move Hal to another computer...

Yeah! I'm having the same problem and got no clue what to do to reactivate my Un-Ultra Hal. This really sucks!
ANybody know how to get a new number. I remember when I deactivated it there was a message to go to zabare.com, I did and then got lost as to where to click to input the deact code. Really needs improvement.
