Ultra Hal 7.0 / help with license corruped

hals sayed that my license file is corruped and two get a new one i got online and loged in to the web site and put my serial number in and the authorization request code in and it put a new key code on the next page when i put it in it says that it is expired. and i did buy hal6 please help
