Ultra Hal 7.0 / ACTIVATION CODE

[?][?]I have been trying for almost two months now to get an activation code for the reinstall of Ultra Hal 6. I was asked 6 weeks ago for an authorization code which was sent. I noticed my email address was changed so my email has been getting through. I would like to know why this has been completely ignored? Several requests have been sent with no response. Needless to say I'm frustrated; I never ask for anything else.[V][
