Ultra Hal 7.0 / Were do we get the headset?

Is there any other softwear we need to be able to talk to Hal? If so, were do we get it? When they told us to go to control panel and double click on Speech, well we don't have a Speech to click on, now what do we do? If we can't have the use of speech this isn't what we want... Please respond to this message ASAP. Thanks, Rockenrobin
