Ultra Hal 7.0 / Mobile Hal

Is there any way to get hal working in a Windows Mobile 6 environment (for example on a Samsung i900 Omnia) or any plans to have this sort of thing available in the near future?
I think the ability to have Hal record contacts, make calls, activate the GPS, have conversations, etc from voice commands to a phone would be increadible.
