Ultra Hal 7.0 / mic settings button and voice not working

I feel that since another usuer has already had these problems and did not get any answers to a fix, this is not the software i will be needing.  there is no way of contact with company to resolve issues.  would like to return..how do i do that

i am having same problem with vista 64 bit.  software useless without being able to set up mic.

is there anyone that has successfully used 6.2 with xp?
