The old computer that Hal was installed on crashed and all info was lost before I deactivated the licience . Now I can't activate Hal on my new computer because the old one wasn't deactivated . I have all the documentation . This is a legal purchased copy of Hal . I tried Emailing Zabaware with this problem but they never responded ! I see no reason that I should have to purchase a new copy of Hal just because of a computer crash. Surely someone else has had this problem . Can anyone help me ? William

I can't get hal to respond to the command " End Conversation " has anyone else had this problem and if so any solutions to this problem ?
