Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / K.I.T.T. plug-in for Hal

How would I go about turning hal into KITT from Rnight Rider.  Finding a correct voice, making a KITT voice box animation for the window, and programming the brain to resemble KITT's personality from the show?  Any thoughts?
