Credit card problem was not the first time !!!

I saw that that was already arrived has someone which was output 3 times on its credit card to see the forum (Hal representative)
I hope that it was refunded.
It appears strange to to me that since almost 1 year that was not corrected!!
i 'm trying for a weeks to have a answer !!!
