rediwnload error

i purchased the Ultra Hal Assistant, and redownloaded the program.  when i tried to install the software, it stopped installing at copying files.  Because it could not find "Cabinet File, Data Cab: F436-itngram.dll......".  i checked the cabinet files and found the data cab file, but the software cannot find it.  i can't get back in the login site for the redownload.  someone help!!!!!!!!!
