Character sound?

I,ve just started using the free version of Hal and everything seems to be working OK except that I've noticed that when I load an agent character that the sound effects that are usually present don't seem to work. They speak fine but they don't make any other sounds (Merlin for example).Is this just something that Hal does, or doesn't do?[?]

Hal listens and responds. I'm not aware of it
generating any sounds from characters. Not
to say that it couldn't, just that mine does
not and I have the full ver.
