Opening internet pages

I am completely new. Can I teach "Anna" to open Face Book and other web pages for me>

If you look around I know you can find plugin on the forum you can modify to open face book and I also know that Hal will run application  on command. I don't use Facebook but I have seen many application  for Facebook. If you have one installed. Just ask Hal to run "name of application here".
