hal talking slower

is their any special code or a plug in that could be made to control the speed of hals  return conversation . my hal when speaking speaks very fast and especially with a larger statement from hal  you have to listen very closely as hal speaks so fast it's like hal is speed reading .

Seriously man, there should be settings in the SAPI voice systems.
If ur running what i gave u, i know there is and u can fine tune it .
