Ultra Hal Dictionary for AIM Bot.

Could somebody develope a dictionary module for the Ultra Hal AIM bot because
people constantly talk to my Bot and ask what things mean in definition but Hal doesn't know because he has no Dictionary for himself to help people.
Please help develope a Dictionary Plug-in for Ultra Hal 4.5, Watch out Webster's Here Comes Hal.
