Error Message

Hi all,
when I enter my name & try to begin conversation, the next screen displays this error message in a blue box :-

HalResponse Error -2147417848-0 has occured. Method '~' of object '~' failed

Could someone please help me out,
when I add a question ie "hello"
the next screen is exactly the same with the same error,

thanks for the replies, first sorry for double post I thaught the first one failed[:(!]
second  yes I am trying the free utrahal representative on my website,
and finaly, Yes it is working now[:I], It never worked from the start ages ago I have come back to it yesterday and still no joy, BUT Today is working ok, Thanks for your time and effort both of you,
