Every time I go into the option menu and go to the brain option and push  the advance brain option button I keep getting a 438  debugging purpose error message. what can I do to fix this?

Hi Peter.

It would be most helpful if you could post the entire message error so that we can get more clues on how to help you.

also try unchecking any plugs you have for your brain to see if that error goes away, then reselect each plug one at a time until the error comes back, if it's plug related that is.
uncheck the newest plugs first if this issue is only recent.

Brain script error

Hi-
I am experiencing the same error with my HAL 6.0 using the default brain.  My box is a 2.4 ghz, 1 gb ram running XP Pro with registered HAL.  The brain editor seems to function properly but when I click on the advanced button I get the error message of "HalScript Error 438 on line 1889 in column 4:  Object doesn't support this property or method 'HalBrain'"  The line numbers seem to increase as I use the brain more.

This occurs with and without the plugs enabled.

Hopefully this info will shed some light on the problem.

Please open the HalScript.dbg and go to line 1889 and copy the line and paste it in a post.

without seeing the error line doesn't help.
