Locating Ultra Hal from system tray/ Help

Hello, my name is Lawrence, and I'm still learning how to run and operate Ultra Hal. Icurrently have Ultra Hal in my program, but unable to find him in my system tray. I dont have the computer icon are any thing. I am trying to locate him. I logged off earlier after trying to activate the voice portion of Ultra Hal, but was not successful. I know that the program is still loaded, but I'm having problem bringing him back online for operation. Please, can someone lend assistant in this area.

That happened to me a few times, and I had to use Task Manager to kill it and restart it.
