robert as you said you are checking in here and have mentioned about in a future hal making him stay on subject better i am wondering is their also a way to have him form a little more conversation also and by this i mean it seems like sometimes he will initiate a little conversation (usually after a sentence answering back something ) but can that be expanded instead of a short one liner to a paragraph of an initiated conversation that can be randomly pulled from his data base on subjects and what he has learned ? i beleive this would greatly enhance hal for the users . this of course is just my opinion . but something like this may even stimulate more conversation and thus hal learning more along the way and also add to the realism of a conversation .
