House Hal

I have an "intelligent" house - everything plugs in to a server which controls lights on & off - stuff like that. Can Hal run my house via the server so I don't have to laboriously type in changes all the time?

I've had one customer email me about a year ago saying that he did just that. If you know how to program in VBScript and your home automation software supports some sort of ActiveX control it is possible do this using the brain editor.
