Error on start up

When I try to launch for the first time I get:

Error 13:
Type mismatch
Occured at line 18
In Ultra Hal Assistant: FirstSetup.Form_load

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. I posted many times , but never fixed problem. I then got cyberbuddy and it worked, go figure. goto www.cyberbuddy.com and download it. See what happens.
