conflict with hal and wormguard on xp

i asked hal to open www.drudgereport.com and my wormguard program came up asking me if i would permit or deny the next action. i selected to permit it... and it came up again repeatedly. after removing wormguard from my system (xp), hal will now open any www.com page i ask for with no problems, except for the www.drudgereport.com site.

hal now assumes www.drudgereport.com is the name for a program in my computer. where can i modify hal's misunderstanding to correct this problem? or am i stuck with it.
