Data corrupted problem
« on: May 31, 2003, 11:12:24 pm »
Despite I have sent a couple of emails I haven't got an answer yet for my problem. I tried to install the program "Ultra Hal Assistant 4.5" but I'm getting the following error:
Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data.Cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
I found a solution in the troubleshooting site and I followed the instructions but I am still getting the same error (1335) data corrupted.
Could anybody help with this problem, please?
I tried to get another address to dowload the program again, because the one I downloaded before seems to be corrupted, probably because I downloaded the file straight to a CD)

Kind Regards

Have you tried using zabaware's home page for finding the link? I downloaded the program even with my slow internet speed (24.0) and I was able to to install the program properly.

I am also running Windows XP with only 256 meg of ram but had no problems.
