you msut make sure you are choosing to sign on as new user to setup and AOL AIM account. after you complete the signup then you must make sure you type the correct username and password that you created the account with and then choose wich brain to use and the options and the click sign on. I should work then, if It still does not work you might have a bad copy of the AIM bot and have to renistall it again.
