How do I add a full body?

Can someone explain (in plain English please) how to go about adding a full body to a character?  I'm still fairly new at this.  I have created a torso character in People Putty and would like to know if it is possible to just add a body to her.  Or can I find an existing full body character somewhere and load it into People Putty and tweak the body/face?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

e mail me at airvair62@yahoo.com and i'll send you a full boy female as an attachment (in the header write wanted full body female ) . after you get it place it in your file in zabaware characters file (in programs )  then you pick it from your charcters list in general tabs in your hal .
