freeze up ( SR ENGINE) byer bewere

I bought the 4.5 vertion of ulta hal. the program is freeing up my computer. When I go to genaral option to pick a speech program to use it aways go back to microsoft 5.1    I perfer to use and make point and speek my defult engine.but the computer  still  freezes up

The program seem to have work better when I had the free hal programe and was typing to hal... ]

I am running windows Xp
I have 512 mg of mem

I am trying to use point and speak 6.0 with ultra hal. As I have read the complants in the (past YEAR )I have seen that this problem with  the 4.5 vertion of this program posted on 12/31/2002 by bob Rush...    

Does anyone have a number to call this company. for tech support and or Help with my problem would be appreciated.

Samkayzip, you might want to reinstall the program your previous install may have been corupted. this is just a suggestion.
