hal and state names

Did anyone "ever " find out where to go in the hal brain editor to find where the tables are for hal saying state names and the town ? i want to eliminate hal saying some state name and town when ever i am talking about some towns name .
 I looked all through the list but can't find it , if Robert is reading this maybe he can let us know and possibly do something to fix that unintended problem in a future hal .
any help would be appreciated. thanks . []
