I received a free upgrade for 5.o. It had expired and tried to contact R. Medska 4 TIMES!! What is going on?

The beta version is set to expire right about now if that is what has expired. You must uninstall the beta version before installing the final release.

If you are talking about an expired download link simply go to http://www.zabaware.com/assistant/redownload.html to enter your email address and a new link will be sent out to you.

Thank you. I actually did that last week and never got a new link back. I will try it again, and let you know. Also, how can I upgrade the 4.5 I have without overwriting and destroying all of its files? it took me a long time to develop it.

The Ultra Hal Assistant 5.0 install program will find your 4.5 installation and install over top of it leaving all data files in tact.  However I would recommend backing up your DefBrain folder before upgrading just in case anything goes wrong.
