Playlists for Hal Radio

I got an Icecast directory listing of 12,000+ online radio stations then I listened to each radio station and deleted all of the rubbish ones, it took me about a week and I got it cleaned to about 500 stations. There are three playlists here.

At some time I will go through the list of shoutcast stations which is about 50,000 stations!
Now you're probably wondering what plugin to use to open the playlists, well I haven't figured that out yet. What we need is a simple plugin that will look in c:\playlists and Hal will be triggered by saying "play dance radio" or "play reggae radio" and will open the corresponding m3u which will be launched with your default media player.

Here is a playlist for Hal TV there are 375 television channels. I cleaned this list and removed all the news, sport and adult channels. Set VLC media player to be the default for xpsf files.

You can use m3u player, AIMP, VLC media player etc to open these playlists and stream radio and TV on your phone or tablet.

Skinz: hey hey brother.
 As to the Hal Tv Concept this all started with Hal and a Movie, Where people in the chat would control what they wanted to see.
Ive entertained the idea of doing an activeX control for VCL, much more robust.

I also need to do an ini reader for changes to be made to the media player so you can save channels.
Basically a clone of what were doing any ways for Hal.
