Batch Conversion to WAV

Is there any way to run ConvertWav.exe (comes with HalReader) or HalReader from the command prompt? I am trying to convert entire eBooks, but I want it split into multiple tracks so it is easier to find where I left off. I would like to create a batch file or something to run them all without my supervision.
