Paid for Hal but yet to recieve it

I have tried many times now to contact this company does anyone have specific contact information on who I can speak with to recieve My ultra Hal which I paid for but never recieved since. 7/8/2005
any information would be helpful

This has been a common problem in the past.

Mr Medeszka will reeply to your emails in time, and you will recieve your Hal.

he is a very busy man, not only does he run this outstanding company he is also currently working on a new version and he is also taking his degrees (or was last time i heard).
