Doe's ultra Hal have speaker phone settings

I hooked up a pair of FSR walkie talkies (16K Range)to my computer.
I set the one hooked to my computer for VOX.
I can go outside or go for a walk and tel Hal to play music.
So I'm outside listening to my favorite mp3's and thinking that it
would be nice to make a pone call from the walkie talkie that I'm
carying. So I asked hal to dial a number, in which he does so well.
But I can hear the number dialing out, than thats all.
Does phone dialer have speaker phone options.
Has anyone out there made a phone call and able to use there MICROPHONE to talk and have the other guy's voice come out of the speakers.

Sure but you have to be able to lift the handset in order to listen / talk.
My electronic rolodex will dial a number but again I have to lift the handset to talk.

Perhaps there might be a way to activate the microphone enable feature from your VOX but at present I don't know of such a way, sorry.
